What happens once your order reaches us
The same ten steps for every order, in four stages. Special garments and household items may add time where extra care is needed.

Collect and check in

Pickup. We collect the order from your address in Uttara.

Structured intake. The order is counted and connected to you.

Identification and tagging. Each item is tagged so it stays with your order from check-in to packing.

Assess and route

Assessment. We look over the fabric, condition and visible stains before choosing the treatment.

Service routing. Each item goes to the treatment it was assessed for.

Clean and finish

Cleaning. Each item is cleaned for the booked service.

Finishing. It is then pressed or finished where needed.

Quality check. Finished items are checked again before they are packed.

Questions
A few things worth knowing before you book.
How long does an order usually take?
General orders are usually around 48 hours.
Wash & Iron and Dry Cleaning are usually around 72 hours.
Special garments, household items and unusual conditions may take longer.
Where do you provide pickup and delivery?
Velto's confirmed core service area is Uttara, Sectors 1–18.
If you are outside that area, ask us before booking.
When is pickup and delivery free?
Orders of ৳499+ qualify for free pickup and delivery.
On a fixed weekly or fortnightly pickup, regular orders of ৳300+ qualify.
Smaller orders have an applicable pickup and delivery charge.
Can every stain be removed?
No.
We check visible stains and treat them according to the garment and service, but no laundry should promise that every stain will come out.
Is Express service available?
Sometimes.
Availability depends on the item, service and current workload. Confirm with Velto before booking.
